Please take some time to read through our frequently asked questions, I try and write back to everyone but bob is a very busy little shop and sometimes it can take a while to get back to your query.

Postage charges Australia and overseas:

We send all over the world and are currently building in correct postage rates for international destinations into our shopping cart, so please bare with us. You can still order and we can post all over the globe. Australia is a flat rate of $8.50 and overseas destinations are charged at the Australia Post rate + $5. For a quote please email us or pop in your order and we can email you the correct postage charge before we send off your goodies.

The item I wanted on line says sold out, will you get any more in?

This means that another customer has bought it online or in-store, sorry! - it is first to the checkout gets the goodies.

An item in my cart has a red cross next to it, what does this mean:

Every item is different but if you click on the “let me know when this product is back in stock” then we will let you know, if or when it will be back.

I make things; can I sell them at bob?

Go to the Wholesale section of the website and click on the “bob application” fill in your relevant details, then go down the page to fill in specific design and art questions, you can also upload photos here. We are happy to look at the pretty things that you make but we get so many applications that we cannot possible take them all. We have a definite style and are looking for things that will fit our cute and quirky persona.

I am an artist and would like to exhibit in the gallery, how do I apply?

Go to the wholesale section and fill in the “bob application” fill in your relevant details, then go down the page to fill in specific design and art questions, you can also upload photo’s here. Sorry to say that we are booked 2-3 years in advance for exhibitions but we may still have other opportunities for the right style and designs.

You had a product, artist or design on your site 12 months ago, can I still buy it?

Most of our products will sell within 3 months but some can still be available in 12 months. Normally if it is not represented on the website it is probably sold out.But please email us we may still have one in store or an artist may still have a few prints or originals put aside - sales@bob.net.au

We always try to represent our products in a warm instore environment in our photograph. We pay close attention to lighting and put in the most descriptive sizeand style details we can. But sometimes colour variations may apply to some products and objects may appear larger or smaller than they are so please take your timeto read through the details of each item before you make your purchase.bob wants you to love what you buy from us so if you are not happy with your purchase please let us know within 7 days so we can swap your product or credit you.

Security

All transactions on our bob website are secured by the strongest encryption available today - the same one used by banks and financial institutions. All your information is securely transmitted to our servers, processed and deleted.
We accept Visa and mastercard, If you have any concerns or would prefer a different payment method please get in touch with us via sales@bob.net.au or phone +61 3 5444 3522 we are here to help.

How long does it take to get my bob goodies?

We send out your parcel the day you order or the next working day at the latest. If there are any delays we will email you and let you know. Most parcels arrive within1-2 days in off peak times and 4-8 days for states further away from Victoria. All our parcels are registered through Australia Post and can be tracked.
